बिहार: आज हम बात करने जा रहे हैं एक ऐसे शख़्स की जिसका जन्म बिहार (Bihar) की धरती पर हुआ मगर बचपन से ही उसके सपने आसमान छू रहे थें। बिहार के एक छोटे से गाँव में जन्मे इस शख़्स ने महज़ 34 साल में अपनी प्रतिभा और कौशल से न केवल अपने गाँव-जिला का नाम रौशन किया है बल्कि पूरे बिहार के नामचीन फिल्मी हस्तियों और संस्कृतिकर्मियों के बीच अपनी पहचान बनाई है। हम बात कर रहे हैं एक युवा फिल्म निर्माता-निर्देशक एवं समाजसेवी एन मंडल (N Mandal) की।
जिसका जन्म 13 अप्रैल 1986 को बिहार राज्य अंतर्गत समस्तीपुर जिला के बन्दा दसौत (Dasaut) गाँव मे हुआ। बिहार की मिट्टी में जन्में इस शख़्स ने अपनी प्रतिभा का लोहा बचपन में ही मनवा लिया। एन मंडल इंटरमीडिएट की पढ़ाई के बाद गाँव छोड़कर सीधा मुंबई चले आये। फिल्मों के प्रति इनका लगाव इतना ज्यादा था कि छोटे बड़े पदों पर फ़िल्म इंडस्ट्रीज़ में काम करते हुए अपनी एक अलग पहचान बनाई। एन मंडल आज एक सफल फ़िल्म निर्माता- निर्देशक, एडिटर, समाजसेवी और शिवाय प्रोडक्शन प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के संस्थापक और निदेशक हैं ।
इनको सोशल वर्क में भी रुचि है और यही वजह है कि ये सोशल एक्टिविटी करते रहते हैं। एन मंडल अभिनेता / निर्देशक के रूप में क्षेत्रीय मैथिली फीचर फिल्म Maithili Cinema ‘राखी के लाज’ (Rakhi Ke Laaj) में योगदान दिया है। उन्होंने कई टीवी शो में भी पोस्ट प्रोडक्शन किया जैसे कि तीन बहुरानिया, जीवन साथी, लागी तुझसे लगन, आदि… एन मंडल बिहार और दक्षिण भारत में संस्कृति लाने के लिए अपने कौशल का योगदान दिया।
एन मंडल बिहार में फिल्म उद्योग लगे इसके लिए उन्होंने साइनसिने फिल्म फेस्टिवल (Sincine Film Festival) की शुरुआत की बिहार के मुजफ्फरपुर जिले से जिसमे पूरी दुनिया से फिल्म आती है. उन्होंने छट पूजा और केरल अनुष्ठानों के आधार पर कई लघु फिल्में और वृत्तचित्र बनाए हैं। इन सभी रचनाओं ने एन मंडल को सुर्खियों में ले आया है और उन्हें एक सक्रिय सामाजिक योगदानकर्ता के रूप में जाना जाता है।
एन मंडल कई लघु फ़िल्म और डॉक्युमेंट्रीज़ का भी निर्माण कर चुके हैं जिनमें मुक्ति अभिशाप से, लोकआस्था का महापर्व छठ, नसा द एरर आदि प्रमुख हैं । मुक्ति अभिशाप से एक सामाजिक कुरीति पर आधारित बेहतरीन फ़िल्म है और एन मंडल अभी कई सारे प्रोजेक्ट पर काम कर रहे हैं जो निकट भविष्य में आपके बीच होगी। एन मंडल के इस जोश और जज्बे को हम सलाम करते हैं और साथ ही इनके भविष्य की सारी योजनाओं और क्रियाकलापों के लिये अग्रिम शुभकामनाएँ और बधाई देते हैं।

Bihar: Today we are going to talk about a person who was born on the soil of Bihar but his dreams were touching the sky since childhood. Born in a small village in Bihar, this man has not only brought laurels to the name of his village-district with his talent and skill in just 34 years, but has also made his mark among the famous film personalities and cultural workers of entire Bihar.
Talking about a young filmmaker-director and social worker N Mandal (Naresh Mandal). Who was born on 13 April 1986 in Banda Dasaut village of Samastipur district under Bihar state. N Mandal left the village after intermediate studies and went straight to Mumbai. His love for films was so much that he made his own identity while working in the Television and film industries in small and big projects.
N Mandal is today a successful film producer-director, editor, philanthropist and founder and director of Shivaay Productions Pvt Ltd. He is also interested in social work and this is the reason why he keeps doing social activities. N. Mandal has contributed in regional Maithili feature film ‘Rakhi Ke Laj’ as actor/director. He also did post production in many TV shows such as Teen Bahuraniya, Jeevan Saathi, Laagi Tujhse Lagan, etc…
N Mandal contributed his skills to bring culture to Bihar and South India.
N Mandal started the Sincine Film Festival for the film industry in Bihar, from Muzaffarpur district of Bihar, in which films come from all over the world. He has made several short films and documentaries based on Chhat Puja and Kerala rituals. All these works have brought N Mandal into limelight and he is known as an active social contributor.
N Mandal has also produced several short films and documentaries including Mukti Ashapas Se is a great film based on social evils and N Mandal is currently working on many projects which will be among you in near future.
